Really good to see that you are still alive Bernie. We have just come back from seeing very similar scenery to your photos from Denmark, but in our case it was just over the water in southern Sweden. Lots of pine trees, green grass, and endless lakes! I had no idea of the extensive history between Denmark and Sweden, but learnt a lot by visiting an old and well fortified castle at Kalmar which used to be the 'front line' when Denmark owned the southern section of the country. Scandinavian history was not a big topic when I went through school... We also stayed in one of the traditional Swedish summer houses (painted red and white), and found that the days were long with the sun still up at 10pm, and getting light again after 2am - amazing! Cheers
